Follow and support our client, before and after sale. A real point of reference for organizing, reserve and assist our client during his journey. Having a good background about places and hotels, we may give consultation and a clear offer with good rates.
Propose itineraries and travel ideas, helped by technology in order to have a quick, smart and complete service.
Book on line or via mail or meeting at time preferred by our client. We may meet during working hours, in the evening or during week-end, in order to give a plus based on time, costs and comfort.

We offer a variety of services in the Travel and Tourism Industry. Here under a selection of our services:
Personal Travel Agent – incoming travel. We create itineraries to visit Italy, with a specialization in Milan and the Lakes, under the brand UnexpectedMilan, part of the group.
Organization of events, seminars and workshops. We plan, organize and handle the event, together with the support of professional staff.
Consultancy to transform travel agency into Tour Operator. Study of destination selected and related market, creation of itineraries and planning, support with brochure printing. Representation and participation at tourism fairs and promotional strategy.
